These terms govern bookings and stays at Latitude Guesthouse, operated by Thousands Chances - Unipessoal Lda (NIF 517600285), Local Accommodation registration no. 170304.
Bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation of payment. To confirm a booking, the guest must complete the payment set for the chosen rate. Rates and any applicable fees are those shown for the establishment at the time of booking. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Payment may be made by the methods available at the time of booking. Guests are also subject to the particular rules of the establishment.
After confirmation, the cancellation conditions applicable are those of the rate chosen at the time of booking, which are shown clearly before the booking is confirmed.
The booking holder must be at least 18 years old and must provide a valid address, telephone contact and email. Under the applicable law, the accommodation of foreign nationals is reported to the competent authorities; all guests of foreign nationality must provide their identification data by the time of check-in.
Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out is between 8:00 and 11:00 am. Any change to arrival or departure times must be confirmed by Latitude.
Bathrooms are shared and located outside the rooms. Breakfast is not included. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed. There is no private parking, but free parking is available nearby. Guests must respect the nighttime quiet period and must not disturb other guests or neighbours. Guests must notify Latitude of any damage occurring during the stay and may be held responsible for it.
Latitude's service is limited to its establishment and to the relationship with guests during the stay. Latitude is not responsible for occurrences outside the establishment, nor for damages, theft or loss not attributable to it, nor for failures in the supply of utilities beyond its control. In the event of non-compliance with these terms or misconduct, Latitude may require guests to leave without compensation or refund.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Latitude may update these terms at any time; the version in force at the time of booking applies.
In accordance with Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, we inform consumers that, in the event of a dispute, they may resort to the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution entity: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Distrito de Coimbra (www.centrodearbitragemdecoimbra.com).
